The developer Habitat Inmobiliaria has recently acquired three new plots of land, which add up to a total area of approximately 20,500 m2 in which it will invest 40 million euros to develop nearly 200 homes.
The developer thus continues with its roadmap, promoting the development of new construction housing throughout the national territory, this time, focusing on Andalusia, the Valencian Phone Lead Community and the Canary Islands. Thus, the first development will be located in the Entrenúcleos area, in Dos Hermanas, a municipality located a stone's throw from the urban center of Seville. In turn, the new project in the province of Valencia will be located in the Mas Camarena area, in Bétera. Finally, the new land in the Canary Islands is located in the Puerto Canteras area, in the north of the city.
“At Habitat Inmobiliaria we have a strong commitment to serving and responding to the demand for housing in strategic areas of our country. With these new acquisitions we reaffirm that commitment and reinforce our commitment to three key territories for our company such as Andalusia, the Valencian Community and the Canary Islands,” declared José Carlos Saz, CEO of Habitat Inmobiliaria.
Sixth development in Entrenúcleos
The first of Habitat Inmobiliaria's acquisitions is located in Entrenúcelos (Seville) and will involve an investment of more than 20 million euros, which will allow the development of around 110 homes.
This acquisition represents Habitat Inmobiliaria's sixth project in the Entrenúcleos area, a consolidated area in the Sevillian municipality of Dos Hermanas that is experiencing great growth and is among the most in-demand in the province of Seville. In fact, Entrenúcleos is considered one of the largest urban expansion spaces in Spain and represents a new city model: modern, with services (such as the City of Knowledge) , connected and with spaces to enjoy leisure time.
